Register Your Interest – 2026 Operator Development Workshops
Operator Upskilling Workshops – Launching Early 2026
Our Operator Upskilling Workshops launch in early 2026 at our Bambun training site, north of Perth. These programs are built specifically for Western Australian civil and earthworks environments and are delivered by highly experienced WA operators who understand the standards, soil behaviour, and site practices unique to this state.
The workshops run over two days and focus on practical capability development across machine operation, earthworks processes, road construction workflows, and working within modern machine control environments using 3D guidance models designed by KR Surveys. Participants work in small groups, organised by experience level and the skills they want to develop, ensuring targeted and relevant learning outcomes.
Our Stage 1 obstacle course is designed to reflect real WA site conditions and procedures. We are also teaming up with Tenstar Simulations to introduce a wider range of training techniques as the program grows. Additional machinery, locations and workshop streams will be expanded over time as industry demand increases.
Registrants are encouraged to tell us what skills they want to learn so we can tailor workshop content and shape future sessions accordingly. Registrants will receive an information pack in the coming months.
Special thanks to Mayday Rental, AFGRI Equipment Australia WA Branch, Andy Graham (CCFWA) and Dylan Sexton (AFGRI) for their ongoing encouragement and support.
Disclaimer: These workshops are non-accredited and do not issue operator tickets, licences, VOCs, or nationally recognised qualifications. All training is skills-based and intended for capability development only. We are happy to provide details of our recommended RTOs if formal accreditation or licensing is required.
Civil construction, earthworks, and final-trim grading driven by a commitment to lifting industry standards.
Our capabilities cover earthworks, final-trim grading, road construction, site preparation, rural works, operator development, and strategic civil consulting. Backed by long-standing experience across diverse WA environments, we bring a structured, high-quality approach that lifts project standards, strengthens delivery, and eliminates the inefficiencies that hold jobs back.
Raising the standard in an industry where real experience matters most.
Civil construction affects safety, drainage, and the long-term performance of roads and sites, yet the industry still lacks the licensing and standardisation found in other trades. We work to higher expectations. Our experience allows us to identify issues early, sequence projects properly, and avoid the avoidable mistakes that come from stage-by-stage decision-making. The result: better outcomes, fewer variations, and work completed the way it should be done.
Services we provide
We offer comprehensive civil construction services including earthworks, road construction, rural works, final-trim grading, and site preparation. Each service is delivered with a strong focus on quality, correct methodology, and long-term performance, giving your project a reliable foundation from the start.
Road Construction
We handle full-scope road construction including subgrade preparation, drainage alignment, basecourse placement, compaction, and final-trim finishing. Our experience ensures each road is built correctly from the ground up, reducing future maintenance and improving performance.
Road Maintenance
We maintain and upgrade roads and tracks by widening, re-forming, addressing drainage issues, and correcting areas that have broken down. Our work focuses on structural integrity and long-term usability, using the right materials and shaping methods for the site.
Site Preparation
We handle site preparation for hardstands, house sites, rural blocks, and civil projects. This includes clearing, initial shaping, levelling, drainage planning, and base material placement. With the right groundwork in place, your project can move forward without delays or avoidable rework.
Earthworks
We carry out earthworks for subdivisions, rural properties, commercial sites, and private projects. This includes cut-and-fill, drainage formation, bulk shaping, and material placement to create stable, workable ground ready for construction, hardstands, or the next stage of development.
Rural Works
We carry out rural works including access track upgrades, firebreaks, dam and drainage shaping, hardstands, and general earthworks. Our approach focuses on practical solutions that suit the land and improve access, usability, and long-term site performance.
Final Trim
We deliver final-trim grading with tight tolerances, clean levels, and accurate surface profiles. When required, we operate with Topcon LPS or GPS systems, including GPS capabilities on our loader, or we can work traditionally with pegs and stringlines. We also have the knowledge to operate Leica and Trimble systems if required.
Consulting
We offer civil consulting that focuses on identifying problems before they appear such as drainage conflicts, level inconsistencies, sequencing risks, and access issues. With decades of experience across subdivisions and rural works, we help clients plan sites that progress smoothly, cost less to correct, and work with the natural layout of the land.
Operator Development
We develop and mentor operators across rollers, water carts, loaders, scrapers, dozers and graders up to final trim. We focus on correct civil methods, whole-site understanding and preserving practical knowledge that’s being lost as tickets become easier to obtain and people take on trainer roles without the experience behind them. Our mentoring produces operators who work the right way and support efficient project delivery.
Our latest work/projects
Home Fire Film Studios
We constructed the major building pads for Home Fire Film Studios, including the large commercial pads, the multi-use space pad and the extensive backlot pad. We also built the internal road network around the buildings, forming correct levels, establishing drainage flow and finishing all surfaces to create a stable, trafficable layout for ongoing site operations.
Yarrimbah Heights
We completed a significant portion of the earthworks and early road construction at Yarrimbah Heights in Bullsbrook. The work involved shaping and forming a steep, winding access road over the Darling Scarp, navigating granite rock, clay pockets and complex terrain while managing challenging cut-and-fill requirements. We established levels, placed and compacted material, and built the initial structure of the road under demanding site conditions.
Lenore Road Dual Lane Upgrade
We delivered key components of the Lenore Road dual lane upgrade in Wanneroo, completing the subgrade preparation, limestone subbase works and ESL basecourse construction beside a high-traffic roadway. Our scope included shaping and trimming the subgrade, placing and compacting limestone to specification and constructing the ESL basecourse to final levels. The works were completed with strong attention to accuracy, moisture control and compaction quality to ensure a smooth progression into the sealing stages.
General Civil Works
Across our career we have completed hundreds of subdivision stages, Main Roads projects and private civil works throughout Western Australia. These include earthworks, road construction, final trimming, rural access upgrades, pad construction and site preparation across countless locations. No single project defines our experience. The strength of our background comes from the sheer number of jobs delivered, the variety of environments we have worked in and the consistency of the outcomes we produce job after job.
